Chris Walker's Biography: Chris Walker is the owner of "Chris Walker's Fitness" located in Kitchener, Ontario. Chris is an avid student of Naturopathic/alternative medicine and actively works with medical doctors and health care professionals in helping their patients to reduce body fat restore musculoskeletal strength and gain control over their blood sugar readings, good and bad blood fats and blood pressure readings, among other critical fitness issues. Chris has helped people to get in shape for their wedding day as well as people battling severe obesity. Chris likes to focus on functional training and likes to incorporate his martial arts background into his programs. Chris is a firm believer of a strong mind and guarantees results for those who don't mind a little hard work. Karen Nicholls Biography: Karen Nicholls has many years experience in the health and fitness industry. Her knowledge base is combined with a dedication to the holistic health of individuals and communities. Karen has a passion for assisting others to optimize their health and wellness and achieve their lifestyle goals. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in English and psychology, from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, complemented by pursuing studies in holistic health. Karen is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Chartered Herbalist, and Registered Natural Product Advisor, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher, offering a comprehensive array of classes, consultations, and services to address the needs of a wide variety of clients (groups and individuals), customizing personalized integrative programs to assist you to look, feel and be your best. Julie Robitaille Biography: Julie has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. First as a dance instructor and then as a martial arts instructor/personal trainer. She has been a self defense instructor for the Waterloo Board of Education for over 17 years. Julie holds a 3rd degree black belt in Goju Ryu karate, and loves boxing, M.M.A, weight training, golf, swimming, tai chi and long relaxing walks. Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo, her Personal Trainer Certification from Can Fit Pro, her United Kingdom Coaching Certification and her CPR/First Aid. Julie's fitness goals are to continue training and to improve her cardiovascular conditioning and is hoping to obtain her 4th degree black belt in the near future. Julie's life journey is to remain strong in mind body and spirit, try to be happy and maybe even a little crazy. Julie loves working with people that are overcoming a disability, mental or physical. She is very creative and can work with many personalities. Her custom designed workouts will get even the most apprehensive clients into the best shapes of their lives!

Tina Schacht Biography: Tina is a Certified Personal Trainer through CPTN.(Certified Professional Trainers Network) Tina also has her current First Aid and CPR certification. Tina has always had a lifelong passion for working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Tina has gained some valuable knowledge and experience training clients in their own homes and seeing the transformation of her clients inch by inch. She enjoys helping people of all ages and different levels of ability to succeed in their own personal weight loss goals. Tina enjoys being active in her daily life by performing resistance training, running, walking, biking and playing tennis. She consistently strives to improve her cardio conditioning as well as challenging herself through resistance training. She is a very easy going and motivated person who has the ability to build and implement training plans according to each individuals personal goals, needs and limitations.
