Success Stories
Cindy - After many attempts at weight loss and very skeptical that anything can help her Cindy was able to find success losing 22 pounds in a few short months at the Women's Only Fitness Boot Camp. Cindy started off at 160 pounds and was only able to do 10 sit-ups and 10 push-ups. Through hard work Cindy was able to work her way up to 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups. In addition, Cindy trimmed 2 inches off her chest, 5 inches off her waist and 4 inches off her hips for a total of 11 inches. Way to go Cindy!
Emily- Was tired after already being on Weight Watchers and not receiving the results she wanted she decided to get some personal training. Emily was seeking overall better health and to improve her cardiovascular. Emily started at a weight of 255lbs and was was able to drop 30 pounds in 3 and 1/2 months bringing her closer to her goal of 140lbs. In addition, Emily lost an inch off her chest, 5 inches off her waist, an inch off her thighs and 2 inches off her calves for a total of 9 inches. Katie- I told Katie I was going to put her before and after picture on my website. She wanted to lose some weight after her pregnancy and decided to get some personal training sessions. Katie put in allot of hard work, which was unusual for someone who didn't like exercise. Katie got bit by the fitness bug and I couldn't slow her down. Scott- Scott has been going to the YMCA for a while and just wasn't satisfied with his progress. Scott decided to get some personal training sessions to jump start his goals of gaining more muscle mass and lowering body fat. In just a couple months Scott was able to gain 4 pounds of muscle and lower his body fat by one percent. In addition he gained 1/2 inch on both arms and 11/2 inches on his chest for a total of 2 1/2 inches increase in size. Scott is determined to reach his goals and put's in a great effort. Catherine- Catherine is Emily's mom and they are both doing personal training together. Catherine was seeking better health and had a weight loss goal of 20lbs. In just 3 1/2 months Catherine lost  33 pounds of fat lowering her body fat from 43% to 22%. In addition she lost  2 inches off her arms, 1/2 inch off her chest, 1/2 inch off her hips and calves for a total of 3 inches. Awesome Catherine!

Mary- Mary is a champ after her battle with breast cancer and a brain tumor she wanted to improve her health and regain her mobility. She decided to get some personal training sessions. In 3 months Mary increased her strength and was able to stand from sitting position with no hands and without any assistance. She is walking better and able to do 30 wall pushes straight. Her cardiovascular has also improved. Way to go Mary!
Kay- This little spark plug joined the Women's Only Fitness Boot Camp to tone up and improve her health. Kay started off only being able to do 10 push-ups and 20 sit-ups. In just one month Kay increased strength and toned and was able to do 30 push-ups and 40 sit-ups. In additon she lost an inch of her waist and 2 inches off her hips for a total of 3 inches. Way to go Kay!

Shawn- Feeling sluggish and bummed after letting himself go this former athlete wanted to get back in shape. Shawn decided to get some personal training sessions. In just two months Shawn was able to drop 30lbs by working hard and being disciplined with his nutrition. Shawn has a goal of getting back to 205lbs and will be there in no time. Way to go Shawn!

Marni- Marni was looking to lose 50-60lbs and feel more fit. She embarked on the 90 Day Body Transformation Program. Her first day on the program had her almost throwing up, her body not used to the activity but just after 3 weeks of good nutrition and following the program she was not only able to get through the workouts but lose 4 lbs in the process. Mike- Mike was looking to lose his gut and decided to try the 28 Day Body Make Over. In just a few days he noticed more energy, his eating habits improved and he went from only 15 push to almost double. Mike is still a work in progress. Keep it up Mike!
