If you are looking for that one-on-one attention you will find that our private sessions are completely tailored to your needs. Programs are designed around your personal goals and every detail is accounted for through our professional
service. Private sessions programs are either 30 or 60 minute session depending on your goals.
The main difference between a 60 minute and 30 minute session is our 60 minute sessions include supervised cardiovascular training and our 30 minute sessions have unsupervised cardiovascular training. Both will give you results regardless of the path you choose. Our programs are affordable for everyone!
