Your Fat Loss, Coaching, Exercise Membership is unlike no other. This is a dynamic membership. Always fresh, always new, and always working on providing value and information on the latest in health/fitness to give you the best chances at success.
How to use this membership.
1) Select a meal plan or use the Common Sense Eating Guide.
2) Select a workout and perform it a minimum three times a week.
3) Get some coaching to keep you accountable and steer you straight.
4) Use the tools to educate yourself, have fun, stay positive and motivated.
5) Read the article Fitness Survival Guide to gain some proper fitness foundation.
6) It would be a great idea to purchase an exercise stability ball and a pair weights; this will allow you to perform many of the workouts found in the membership at home.

Cancellations: To prevent abuse and protect our members, canceled accounts are set as non-renewable. Our system will not allow you to rejoin. This helps to prevent individuals who simply join to download as many products as they can and cancel shortly thereafter, only to repeat the process at a future date.
Please understand you may cancel your membership at anytime. Also understand that when you cancel, that's it (unless you are granted special permission to rejoin).
All we ask is that you are certain you no longer need our services before deciding to cancel your membership
