Twist and Curl Chili Twister

  • 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 diced large onion
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1-19 oz can red kidney beans
  • 1-14 oz can whole peeled chopped tomatoes
  • 1-5 1/2 oz can tomatoe paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup bran cereal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp chili powder

In a large sauce pan, cook beef, onions and green pepper over medium high heat until meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes.
