Shrimp and Spinach Salad
This simple salad is fast and easy to prepare!
Servings—4
- 8 cups torn fresh spinach
- 8 ounces small cooked shrimp
- 2 medium orange, peeled, seeded, and sectioned
- 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons reduced calorie salad dressing
- 4 large whole wheat pita bread (6 1/2 ‚¬ ? diameter)
Combine all ingredients except cheese and dressing and chill for 20 minutes. Before serving, add dressing and toss, then add cheese. Serve on top of a piece of toasted whole wheat pita bread.
