Pec Dec Asian Pasta
- 4 cups cooked small penne pasta
- 4 skinless chicken breast, strips
- 1 chopped green peppers- cubes
(Sauce)
- 1/4 cup low sodium soya sauce
In a wok or large frying pan, heat on medium, cook chicken strips with 1 tbsp of water then remove chicken from heat. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for sauce. Add sauce, onions, green peppers to skillet. Stir fry until crispy-tender. Add noodles, chicken and bean spouts. Toss until spouts are tender.
