Pec Dec Asian Pasta

  • 4 cups cooked small penne pasta
  • 4 skinless chicken breast, strips
  • 1 chopped onion, cubes
  • 1 chopped green peppers- cubes
  • 3 cups bean sprouts

(Sauce)

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili pepper
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soya sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika

In a wok or large frying pan, heat on medium, cook chicken strips with 1 tbsp of water then remove chicken from heat. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for sauce. Add sauce, onions, green peppers to skillet. Stir fry until crispy-tender. Add noodles, chicken and bean spouts. Toss until spouts are tender.
