Jump Up Caribbean Chicken

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup low calorie peppercorn ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp black and red pepper
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 2 chopped green onions

Mix all ingredients excluding chicken in baking dish. Set aside 2 tbsp of mixture to use later. Marinate chicken in the remaining mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Broil chicken on each side until done and baste with remaining marinate. Serve over a combination of long rice and peas.
