Greek Salad

- 1 unpeeled cucumber, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Mix peppers and cucumber in a bowl. Add lemon juice, vinegar, and oregano. Mix well. Cover and marinate in fridge for several hours. Toss well before serving and top with crumbled feta cheese.
