Mexican Corn Salad

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 Tablespoon minced seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss well. Cover and chill overnight. Stir well before serving.
