Banana Chocolate Snackloaf
Wet Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75mL) applesauce
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup (250mL) all purpose flour
- 1 cup (250mL) whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp (10mL) baking powder
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, grated
- 1/2 cup (125mL) POST 100% Bran Cereal
In bowl, combine wet ingredients. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients then add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350F for about 30 minutes.
