Do you know how I stay fit and heathy? I eat every 3 hours and I make sure it's a heathy and balanced meal plus I only have 1 cheat day per week. If you don't know what a cheat day is it is a day when you can cheat on your heathy schedule and eat 1 junk food item.ONLY ONE!!! Before I was 60 pounds now I'm about 57 pounds. Since I live with Chris he teaches me some workouts like Egyptian jumpies. Sometimes I get to try and pick Chris or Donna she's my mother that is why. There like weights for me but personal. Sometimes they be lazy(a fun lazy)and I show them exersizes that I made up.Like dance moves dancing is exersizing. Have you heard of chocolate monkeys? I know how to make them even though I'm only 10. Chris made it up. But if your allergic to peanuts DON'T TRY IT!!There is a oatmeal though.Well that's all I have to say.Stay heathy and fit not to skinny though.:)PEACE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you want to know, how to stay fit and healthy? I`ll tell you what I do.Every week I eat healty stuff and only one day a month I eat junk. This is the healthy stuff I eat;bean & rice burgers , bean & shrip risotto , seaser ginger spagehtti and beef stir-fry , onion soup and cranberry mini muffins. Some of the beverages I drink. sunrise smoothie, stawana & apple juice smoothie , fruit juice smoothies, chocolate monkey , water and low sugared juice.I even dance or do workouts every day for at least 15-30 minutes.(Even after school and at school in the gym and at reccess time)Just because i did all thoose things I lost 5-10 lbs.You could do this too.Don`t eat too much junk.STAY FIT AND HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!
