Total Fitness Ball Class  is an indoor fitness ball class that works your entire body with a great focus on your core. Yoga (Co-ed)

Yoga is an excellent compliment to your current fitness program! You will be introduced to Hatha Yoga (postures, breathing and relaxation). This program will improve your flexiblity, balance, focus and concentration...not to mention strengthen muscles and tone your body while you de-stress!
