Exercise is medicine, repeat after me, "exercise is medicine"...for whatever ails you whether it's aches and pains or a major disease. Current research has proven that exercise is as good as everyday pharmaceutical drugs for curing the body of common illness or disease. Ok, so you're probably saying you already know this or you're not impressed but hold on I'll prove it. I'll show you some of the things that you may have over looked that doing simple exercises can cure. I mean, even increasing daily activities is an effective way to control nasal congestion. So, the future looks like more prescriptions from doctors that will include exercise as well as drugs.
