The Dynamic 3 For Weight Loss

Why am I writing this article, because after speaking to thousands of people I realize that the masses just don’t get it; no matter how hard you try to justify what you  think is the solution to weight loss. (RESULTS)  I’ve heard it all before……I know how my body works I can eat whatever I want as long as I do lots of cardio, (what) I don’t need to do weights I don’t want to build muscle, (huh) I only need to do cardio to lose weight, (wrong) I only need to do weights, nothing else matters, (whatever) If I eat one meal a day I’ll lose weight……Ok, stop the madness!! Hopefully none of the above mentioned fell off your lips, if so read on. If you’ve lost weight and gained it back read on. If you tried some miraculous diet pill to lose weight read on. If you’ve starve yourself to death and drink coffee or tea all day read on. If you want to lose those last 10lbs read on. If you’ve tried everything are exhausted and frustrated and everybody’s telling you something different even qualified personal trainers read on.  My mission is to clear up all the misconception when it comes to weight loss and no matter what you tell unless you’re not a human being and warped from another galaxy, physiologically our bodies function the same period. I’m not suggesting that there may not be some unique cases such as hormonal imbalances that deserve special attention, sure there is, but the end result is still the same.  Unless you have the dynamic 3 YOU WILL NOT HAVE PERMANENT WEIGHTLOSS. Introducing from left to right: (please use imagination) Food Face, champion of balanced nutrition, Resistance Man, champion of boosting metabolism and Cardio Girl a vital component for weight loss; together they are the dynamic 3.

The Dynamic 3 explained

If you’ve been led to believe you can obtain results in weight loss without using the dynamic 3, I’m sorry but the truth is you’ve been duped, bamboozled, and hoodwinked. Who ever gave you that information sure pulled one over on you. Ok, let’s get serious for just a second. I’ll attempt to thoroughly describe the dynamic 3 and then further justify why without the dynamic 3 permanent weight loss cannot be achieved.  I’ll start with food face, champion of balanced nutrition. I’m sure you’ve heard this before but without balanced nutrition and lots of it we won’t have the base to support a healthy metabolism and lean muscle mass. (for further info read Fitness Survival Guide) It’s very important to combine at every meal a protein, a starchy carbohydrate and a fibrous carbohydrate and avoid bleached refined or processed foods. We must also avoid saturated fats and hydrogenated fats for example vegetable oil. We must also consume these foods frequently to encourage a healthy metabolism, six meals every 3-31/2 hrs is the rule. You’re probably thinking it’s a lot of food but it really isn’t; think in terms of Breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack, it’s that easy! So, until you embrace healthy balanced nutrition you will not obtain permanent weight loss. I don’t care about the new diet; I don’t “wanna” hear it! Unless it has the dynamic 3 wrapped up in it somehow weight loss is futile. Ok let’s move on to Resistance Man, champion of boosting metabolism. Please understand what I’m about to say muscle or metabolically active tissue is where the fat gets ushered to be burned or consumed. It is absolutely asinine, ludicrous, and impossible to think you can obtain permanent weight loss without a concern for muscle building. Where do you think the fats going to go? You cannot turn fat into muscle and you cannot tone sculpt or shape fat. So, without that resistance training how do you expect to build muscle? What we’re trying to do with resistance training is build as much muscle all over our body as possible. This will increase our metabolism and increase the muscle sites where fat will be consumed. Now let’s talk about Cardio Girl, a vital component for weight loss. Ok, all you cardio junkies out there that only do cardio or aerobics and always do cardio before your weight training simply put its wrong! Cardio or aerobics is great for the heart (cardiovascular development) but it has to be carefully placed when the focus is weight loss. The reason is too much cardio will slow down metabolically active tissue (lose muscle) and we’ve already addressed how important muscle is. What we are trying to do with cardio is tap into our fat storage but our bodies preferred method of energy is immediate energy (glucose) or stored glucose (glycogen) so in order to get to our fat storage we need to use up all our glucose/glycogen stores. If you do your cardio first, say for about 45 min the majority of your cardio regimen is spent depleting glucose/glycogen stores and by the time you’re actually tapping into your fat storage you’re tired and your 45min is up. A better method is to do your resistance training first (weights) burning up all your fuel glucose/glycogen for about 45min to 1hr and then immediately after do your cardio. Aha! The only energy your body has left is your fat storage and the minute you hit the cardio machine your burning fat right away, providing your training at a low intensity. Now that we’ve established a foundation for the dynamic 3, I’ll further try to justify why this is the only way for permanent weight loss.

The Dynamic 3, the only way for permanent WEIGHT LOSS

If you’ve found another way to lose weight let me know perhaps you found some amazing invention that will suck the fat out of your stomach or some new diet center that will starve you to death and inject you with needles to keep you alive or perhaps you’ve read some new diet book that cleverly dupes you into starving yourself. I’m sorry to break it to you there is no quick magic solution to weight loss; nothing except the dynamic 3 will give you permanent results. Why, because that’s how you’re body was designed; it was designed to lose 1-2 pounds a week at the extreme maybe even 3. Your body is a very intelligent remarkable machine that has a lot of built in devices to protect you. I say this because most of the weight loss scams are simply just getting you to starve yourself. At first you will become skinny but after a while you regain the weight and then some. When you starve yourself your body shuts down and goes into starvation mode. Your body’s primary concern now is survival and it will do anything to hold on to the fat stores it already has and whatever it takes to accumulate more fat. Your body thinks you might not eat for a long period of time and is preparing to keep you alive. That’s why you can eat so little and still gain weight because your body is busy storing everything, even if you only eat once a day. Almost all if not every quick weight loss scam is based on the starvation principle. Convention, stubbornness or just doing what you’ve always done won’t work. If all you’ve ever done was cardio you’ll still gain weight. If you’re trying to tone with only cardio you’ll still gain weight. If you eat like crap and do cardio and resistance train you’ll still gain weight. Ok, well let me clarify if you attempt to obtain weight loss by using 1 or 2 components of the dynamic 3 you may achieve some results but not much and if you do they will not be permanent. Ladies and gentlemen there is nothing out there that does not include the dynamic 3 that will bring permanent weight loss period. (for more info read Fad Diets don’t Work)
